Having the kids sit on our laps at night around the camp fire because it was cold, singing, big breakfasts, the steep trail to the dock, bear hair the kids found on the piling beneath the deck. Stables where the horses used to be corralled. The lava flow of rocks that has stick buried in it with my name on it. The PCT is wonderful. I have been so blessed to have had the opportunity to hike it.
